Ticket(s) ordered by 5:00 pm Tuesday, February 22, 2005 are entered in the Early Bird #1 drawing that will take place at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at the Palos Verdes Art Center (5504 W. Crestridge Rd., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275).
All Early-Early Bird tickets (including the winners of EB #1), will be eligible for additional cash prizes in the Early Bird Drawing #2, which takes place at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2005, at the Palos Verdes Art Center.
All drawings are open to the public and you are invited to attend. You need not be present to win.
*PVAC makes no guarantee the Grand Prize winner will be able to sell the house for its appraised value of $1,500,000, nor is there any guarantee the Internal Revenue Service will accept the appraised value of the house for the purpose of determining any income tax that might be due from the Grand Prize winner.
