Visit The Avenue’s 50 fabulous participating stores and restaurants to enter to win additional prizes (no purchase necessary, but must be present to win these Avenue prizes). All tickets, including the winning tickets from both Early Bird Drawings, will be part of the Grand Prize drawing to be held at The Avenue of the Peninsula, 550 Deep Valley Dr., Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2008. Prizes 250-16 will be drawn at 1:00 p.m. May 20, 2008 at The Avenue. (You may attend any drawing, but you need not be present to win.) A list of the 235 $300 winners will be posted at the Grand Prize Drawing. These winning tickets will be put back in the drum, with all other tickets, for the drawing of prizes 15-2. All these winning tickets, plus all other tickets, will be eligible for the Dream House. YOU COULD WIN MULTIPLE PRIZES! IF YOU BUY YOUR TICKETS BY 5:00 P.M. TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2008, YOU WILL BE ENTERED IN SEVEN DRAWINGS (includes two drawings on each Early Bird day and three drawings on May 20).
*The Palos Verdes Art Center makes no guarantee the Grand Prize winner will be able to sell the Dream House for its appraised value of $1,555,000, nor is there any guarantee the Internal Revenue Service will accept this appraised value of the house for determining any income tax that might be due from the Grand Prize winner.
